Meet and greet / Key pick ups
There is no charge for our meet and greet introduction with you and your cat(s). This first meeting allows us to let you know about our services and understand how we can best care for your cat(s).
*The first three key pick ups are complimentary each calendar year. Following this, key pick ups will incur a $20 fee. This resets from 1 January each year.
In-home pet care

Feeding and replenishing water

Checking on your cat’s welfare and health

We will bring in your mail and look after your bins in your absence.

Each visit goes for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the sociability of your cat(s). Additional playtime add ons are available.
Cancellation terms

Cancellation terms are flexible during non-peak times up to 24 hours prior to start of a confirmed booking. Within 24 hours you will be liable for the cost of the first day of the confirmed booking.

During peak times we may charge a cancellation fee for any cancelled days of a confirmed booking.

If you cancel once a booking has commenced, you will be liable for the entire cost of the booking.
One Daily Visit
One visit per day for up to two cats $33, ($7 per additional cat)

For your cat(s) – feeding, fresh water, kitty litter clean, pats, cuddles and playtime.

For your home – check mailbox, put bins in/out

Two Daily Visits
Morning visit
> For your cat(s) – feeding, kitty litter clean, pats, cuddles and playtime.
> For your home – curtains opened.
Afternoon visit
> For your cat(s) – feeding, fresh water, kitty litter clean, pats, cuddles and playtime.
> For your home – close curtains, check mailbox, put bins in/out
> For you – A personalised update sent after every visit
Twice daily visit for up to two cats $60 ($15 for the first additional cat for two visits and $7 per cat per visit thereafter)
