If you are a NEW customer, to request a booking fill in the booking form and we will get back to you ASAP or send us an email with all your details.
If you are a EXISTING customer, select the button below to be taken to the SCOUT log in portal where you can add your booking. Or send us an email if you prefer.
Thinking of going away over summer? Get in quick as we always book out!
Your booking will not be confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation terms are flexible during non-peak times up to 24 hours prior to start of a confirmed booking. Within 24 hours you will be liable for the cost of the first day of the confirmed booking.

During peak times (all school holiday periods) we may charge a 15% late fee for bookings made within seven (7) days of the first visit.

During peak times (all school holiday periods) a cancellation fee will be charged for any cancelled days of a confirmed booking.

If you cancel once a booking has commenced, you will be liable for the entire cost of the booking.
